Updated 'say on pay' vote results
We have updated our list of 2008 vote results on proxy proposals asking about 70 companies to adopt policies giving shareholders advisory votes on executive compensation in future proxy seasons. The file includes 2007 and 2006 results and compares 2007 and 2008 results. Finally, the file lists companies whose boards of directors have adopted "say on pay" policies allowing shareholders to vote on management proposals regarding executive compensation policies.
