New Mercer paper provides an update on HR shared services

The HR shared services model can improve consistency, quality and technology use, while delivering consolidation, labor savings and business value. Yet shared services are not "one size fits all," so the model must be fitted to each organization's HR needs, procedures, technology and staff skills.
