Mercer's Global Retirement Perspective

This special issue of Global Retirement Perspective focuses on developing strategic retirement policies that manage risks and talent over the long term, while meeting overall business goals and multi-country legal requirements. A separate report highlights findings from our Global Pension Risk survey, which drew responses from 312 employers around the world. More than half feel their pension plans pose "moderate" financial risk to their organization, while 16% say their plans create a "great" risk.
