At the federal level, legal and regulatory changes affect cafeteria plans, health savings accounts, retiree health and prescription drug benefits, nondiscrimination in health plans and wellness programs, and coordination of employer coverage with TRICARE. In the states, a variety of health reforms have implications for employers.
